Arsenal vs Everton Preview

Arsenal will be flying high after beating Bayern Munich on Tuesday, which ended Munich’s 100% start to the season. With a win, Arsenal will move to the top of the table and show that the London club are serious Premier League title contenders. Everton will be looking for a scalp to keep them in touching distance of a European spot.

Team News

Aaron Ramsey pulled his hamstring midway through the second half and will therefore miss this game, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is expected to step in for the injured Ramsey.

Wenger’s also stated that Sanchez is close too being exhausted, following a hectic schedule, but he should start.

Both Tom Cleverley and Steven Piennar made their returns from injuries in Everton U21’s on Tuesday, and should make the squad for the trip to the Emirates.

Kevin Mirallas is back from suspension, while Tony Hibbert, Muhamed Besic, Leighton Baines are all out but.

Coleman faces a tough test on Saturday evening when he faces the tough job of putting shackles on the in-form Chilean. Coleman didn’t have the best of outings last week vs Man United, so he’ll be looking to make amends with a solid display at The Emirates.
